Join us for the Women in Business Women's Wellness Workshop, an inspiring evening dedicated to helping women invest in their health, happiness, and overall well-being. This engaging event brings together local wellness professionals who will share practical, evidence-based strategies that attendees can incorporate into their daily lives, both personally and professionally.


Our expert panel features Kara Kazemba of Ancora Wellness, who will discuss the importance of mental health and emotional well-being; Dr. Sara Love of Lichen + Leaf, who will share insights on nutrition, healthy eating, and sustainable lifestyle habits; Amy Homer-Brown of Ikigai Wellness, who will explore the benefits of acupuncture and holistic healing; and Joy Du Pont of Crystal Being Wellness, who will discuss wellness practices that support balance, stress reduction, and overall health. Following the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in interactive breakout sessions where they can connect directly with the panelists, ask questions, and gain practical tools and resources to support their individual wellness journeys. 

The workshop will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Embassy Suites Portland Washington Square. Light appetizers will be provided, creating a welcoming environment to network with fellow professionals while learning from some of our community's leading wellness experts. Whether you're looking to improve your physical health, prioritize your mental well-being, discover holistic approaches to wellness, or simply connect with other women in business, this workshop offers valuable insights and meaningful conversations designed to help you thrive.
