Description

This specially designed workshop is for nonprofits leaders that want to guide organizational growth. Our focus will be the development of a business plan for your organization. 

Nonprofit business plans are a vital tool that extends your strategic plan into a multi-purpose operational plan. They help you think through priorities, set goals, and make your vision for growth a tangible, living document. They are a vital tool in your efforts to expand and diversify funding options. 

This will be a highly interactive session. Please bring a computer, your current strategic plan (if you have one), and a short list of goals for your organization over the next three to five years.


Time

We will start promptly at 9:00 am. Please arrive a few minutes early to find parking and get settled. We will have light beverages and snacks available.
