Delegating Work to an AI

Description





This session treats AI delegation as a management problem rather than a technical one. Attendees learn how to brief an AI the way they would brief a new hire: define the outcome instead of the procedure, set limits on scope and sources, and review the judgment calls behind the output rather than the output alone. The session also covers data security in practical terms: what company information can safely go into an AI, what should never go in, how the major vendors treat your data differently across free and paid accounts, and how to set a policy your team will actually follow. Finally, this session includes discussion and demonstrations as to how business owners and leaders can use AI to support various job functions and roles.
