This workshop focuses on how AI can eliminate time-consuming manual work and help small businesses operate more efficiently and with fewer errors. Attendees will learn how AI can automate administrative tasks, handle documentation, improve scheduling, accelerate customer support, and streamline workflow handoffs. This module will demonstrate practical automations that don’t require technical skills and show how AI can act as an operational “co-worker,” reducing bottlenecks and improving productivity.
