 Join Us For Lunch 

We will enjoy a lovely buffet luncheon catered by Elephants Catering, including:

Seasonal House Salad

(DF/WF/VG) Arugula, radicchio, red leaf lettuce, fresh fennel, dried cranberries, seasoned pepitas, and our rosé dressing. Contains alcohol less than 0.05% ABV. Served cold.

Elephants Focaccia - Sliced
House-made focaccia bread, sliced.

Apricot Chicken Tagine
Boneless chicken thighs braised with carrots, onions, almonds, dried apricots, green olives, cilantro, saffron, garlic, and seasonings.

Salmon with Cucumber Dill Sauce
Roasted salmon fillets served with creamy cucumber dill sauce.

Roasted Stuffed Peppers
Red bell peppers stuffed with spiced rice, lentils, tempeh, carrots, and broccoli, drizzled with tahini sauce.

Roasted Carrot & Fennel Mélange
Roasted carrots, fennel, and shallots tossed with olive oil, lemon, and thyme.

Spiced Rice & Lentils
Basmati rice tossed with lentils, tomatoes, onions, and seasonings

Assorted Petite Cookie Platter / Large

We will gather in the beautiful event space of Jenkins Estate


There will be time for networking and connecting as well as a Keynote address by Sheriff Caprice Massey
