We come alongside our clients to grow and develop their independence by providing direct support based upon their individual needs, both in their homes and communities.

Founded in 2016, Access Community Care is an agency funded by Medicaid and Vocational Rehabilitation to provide mentorship, coaching, and support services to individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. We support clients to stay safe and independent in their homes, help them access the community and social events, and assist them in finding and maintaining employment.
