This AI Work Lab session looks at how AI changes the day-to-day work of specific job roles across Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance. We’ll walk through real use cases for each role and show where AI fits into the work people actually do, whether that’s prepping for a sales call, building a campaign brief, screening candidates, or closing the month.

Then it’s your turn. Using Cascade Insights’ RISE Framework, you’ll pick a role on your own team and sort its tasks into four types: routine, interpretation, strategy, and engagement. Routine tasks can be handed off to AI entirely. Interpretation tasks get faster with AI doing the first pass. The time that frees up shifts to strategy and engagement, where human judgment and relationships matter most.

You’ll leave with a first-pass redesign of a role tied to a real problem in your business, along with a clear view of which tasks to hand to AI first.
