WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions 
• Inspire and motivate clients to achieve their mobility and flexibility goals
• Grow StretchLab membership and create lasting relationships with clients
• Uphold safety standards by ensuring proper stretch techniques and enforcing studio policies
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing educational presentations
• Address member questions and concerns with care and professionalism
• Assist with studio tours and sales efforts alongside our management and sales team
• Maintain a strong social media presence to support client engagement and retention
• Keep all equipment clean and ready for client use at all times

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Individuals who thrive in boutique fitness environments and have a genuine passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• A professional with a background in anatomy, kinesiology, exercise science, massage therapy, or a related field.
• People with experience providing hands-on training in fitness or health settings
• Creativity and enthusiasm for fostering an inclusive, positive atmosphere
• Outstanding communication skills and genuine empathy for others
• A passion for connecting with people and helping them reach their goals
• Reliable, professional work ethic and commitment to attendance policies
• Availability to complete our Flexologist Training Program (includes 20 hours of online pre-training coursework and 2 days of hands-on, in-person training) Training, coursework and certification paid by Stretchlab Bethany.

COMPENSATION:

• Base non-stretching rate starting at $17
• Stretch rate starting at $25 for stretch sessions, with opportunities for increases based on training and performance.
• Commissions on memberships, packages, and retail sales

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be physically capable of hands-on assisted stretching, including guiding and supporting a client’s body into appropriate stretch positions with control and care. This role requires standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, reaching, and the ability to apply controlled pushing, pulling, and lifting movements to support clients safely during sessions.
