What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for potential members—guide them on their journey to improved mobility and wellness.
• Drive revenue through relationship-based sales, creating win-win scenarios for clients and the studio.
• Proactively reach out to leads, schedule studio visits, and introduce prospects to our world-class services.
• Conduct personalized hand-offs to our Flexologists, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.
• Present membership options with confidence and enthusiasm—focus on meeting client needs, not just selling memberships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultations and relationship-building.
• Create a welcoming environment at the front desk, educate clients, and participate in community events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to learn and use CRM software, and proficient computer skills.
• Fluent in English, with top-notch communication via in-person, phone, and email.
• Ready to stand or sit for up to 8 hours, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• $17–$19+ per hour (base + commission)
  Base hourly pay plus commission on sessions sold. High-performing Sales Associates can earn well above the top of the range — the more sessions you sell, the higher your total hourly earnings.
